Jade is a founding partner where she represents employees and individuals in employment and personal injury matters throughout California. Known for her thoughtful and personable approach, Jade is committed to helping clients navigate some of life's most difficult moments with compassion and strong advocacy.

Jade has been selected to Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. She focuses her practice on cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and serious personal injuries.

Before co-founding Midtown Law Group, Jade practiced at some of the nation's largest firms, representing employers in complex workplace disputes. That experience gives her unique insight into how companies approach litigation and allows her to strategically advocate for employees and individuals seeking justice.

Jade is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she was selected as a commencement speaker, and earned highest honors. Jade earned her law degree from UCLA where she served on the UCLA Law Review.

In addition to her legal practice, Jade is committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work and mentorship programs that support underserved communities.
